“The door entrance you sent via a picture was not the main door. I then walked around and found the lockbox. I had requested if some lights could be on because I had a late arrival at 10pm and they were not. The dock to the patio to get in is a bit far from the dock. You should have a handrail built there especially since you don’t allow the boat to leave. Using a hose that hangs from the ceiling to balance myself carrying my luggage to the patio is very unsafe. “This was our first trip to Wilmington and staying in this floating villa made the trip fabulous. The villas are lined up on both sides of a dock so when you are walking down the dock, it looks like you are in a little village. So cute! Our villa was spotless and beautifully decorated. We felt very safe here. You’re at one end of the marina so your view is beautiful. The communication was excellent throughout, and check-in was a breeze.
