“We had a wonderful stay at the boathouse! The space was very clean, safe, and beautifully decorated. It’s in a great location—close to entertainment, restaurants, and everything we wanted to do.When we first arrived it was a little cold, but once the heating system got going and with the help of the space heaters, the place warmed up quickly and was very comfortable.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!”

“Awesome property. We came down during a very dreary, windy and rainy weekend, so we could not really get the experience we were hoping for, but the property itself was awesome and the setup that the hosts have for providing service is top notch. My only note to other VRBO guests is that this is a floating home - houseboat - so on windy days, there is movement side to side and up and down, so if you are prone to seasickness, take precautions.”

“The door entrance you sent via a picture was not the main door. I then walked around and found the lockbox. I had requested if some lights could be on because I had a late arrival at 10pm and they were not. The dock to the patio to get in is a bit far from the dock. You should have a handrail built there especially since you don’t allow the boat to leave. Using a hose that hangs from the ceiling to balance myself carrying my luggage to the patio is very unsafe.
