The upstairs area boasts a master bedroom with a full bath featuring a shower and clawfoot tub. Additionally, there are two queen bedrooms that share a full bathroom, as well as a bedroom with two single beds perfect for kiddos.
Downstairs, you'll find an audio/video room designed with a high-end stereo system, and even a Playstation for entertainment. For extra sleeping arrangements, there is a comfortable queen-size pull-out couch in the red sofa.
Outside, it offers both a beautiful front porch with a wicker swing and furniture, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, and a covered patio with seating area in the backyard, where you can unwind and savor the fresh mountain air. The spacious area provides ample room for yard games and more!

It was a beautiful home in a gorgeous neighborhood. Everyone had a wonderful time. We had several couples and there was plenty of room. The only disappointment was that the 5th bedroom was a pullout couch. Maybe it said that in the description but I missed that. But would stay there again regardless, absolutely!! Thank you so much.

Perfect location between Chautauqua Park, The University and Pearl Street. Super clean location with lots of kitchen amenities to include coffee REAL 1/2 & 1/2 creamer! Yeah.. Lots of great hangout space for a group of friends or a big family. We had so much fun here.

Wonderful home in a great location
We had a fabulous stay at the home in Boulder. The home was spacious, comfortable and equipped for every imaginable entertainment option one could consider. I'm not sure I have ever stayed in another VRBO that had such a variety of kitchen ware, cooking solutions, and elegant serving options. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor gathering area and took advantage of the close proximity to the mountains and hiking trails. The neighbors and neighborhood are wonderful and I highly recommend this home for families/friends looking for a peaceful, mature place to gather.

Visiting College Kid
This home was so fun and cute - lots of little thoughtful touches to make it comfortable and original craftsman style details. Cleanliness was top notch. The check in and check out process were super easy. The location was ideal - walkable neighborhood and close to everything we wanted or needed to get to. Only constructive feedback would be a mattress topper for the beds for my poor mid 40’s back. But that may just be me.

Family Retreat
Our family of 10 stayed at this lovely home. The amenities were great, coffee, food basics, towels, paper products etc.

Boulder Girls' Trip
The house was well appointed. We felt very welcome. The outdoor living space really extends the gathering opportunities. The kitchen is a dream to work in.
Only suggestion for improvement:
The upstairs hall bath sink plug did not work and the shower head in that bath is awkwardly close to the wall. We all wound up showering in the master bath.

Wedding celebration
This house was elegant, comfortable and very well stocked with extra special touches like fresh flowers.
There were chargers conveniently place and an excellent sound system. He had special touches in the frig and snacks on the counter. The owner was very accommodating and responded quickly.

Perfect Location, Beautiful House
Stunning and welcoming house, lots of room to relax, work, and play -- lovely living and dining spaces, gourmet kitchen stocked with everything our family of cooks could want, plenty of comfy beds to choose from. Best of all, just need to step off the front porch to find a series of trails, stroll to Pearl Street, or pick up a bike rental. We travel often and stay at VRBO houses 8/10 times a year -- this one far and away was the best we've ever enjoyed.

Super House and Host
The house is beautiful and well equipped with full kitchen supplies, gas grill, charcoal grill, plenty of linens, paper towels, TP, etc.
The front porch and backyard were great hangout areas for coffee time or happy hour! Walking distance to parks and Pearl street. Good WiFi and Bluetooth speakers to play your music. The host was also very responsive to all questions.
I would definitely recommend this lovely home on a quiet street to anyone needing a spacious 4-bedroom home close to everything.
