“This home was perfect. Hosts were very welcoming leaving us a note and welcome basket. Kitchen was well equipped and bathroom had essential supplies. There is an adorable little patio and free parking. The location was a short walk into Pearl Street where there is plenty to do and many many great restaurants. “The house is great and is exactly as advertised. It was spotless. The check-in process was easy and efficient. Communication with the host was perfect -- just enough, not too much. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the home itself is lovely and spacious, and the neighborhood beautiful and quiet and close to hiking. A five-minute drive to coffee, restaurants, etc. We just had a great experience and couldn't have asked for anything more. ”

“We were in the area for a few days visiting family, with our service dog. Chris made us feel immediately welcome (as did his sweet rescue pup!) and we enjoyed the cool basement suite, the great shower and adjustable bed, and the laid back, friendly atmosphere. The location is great as well, plenty of on street parking and a short drive to downtown Longmont or to the mall zone for grocery shopping.We couldn’t have asked for anything better. 10/10.”

"Location was great it was just 15-20 minute walk into downtown Boulder. The room was also very big and spacious for my daughter, wife and I so those were positives. However, under the beds were dirt and dust it looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed before we checked in or during our entire 4 night stay. Also, toilet paper was never refilled so we ran out. Even though hotels.com says it’s breakfast included you still need to pay $17 for each person and $15 for kids. It’s in the small print so be careful of that. I would say it’s a good hotel for work trips or people staying one or two nights but I wouldn’t recommend for families. "
