“It was a clean room. The carpet was musty but clean and the room was clean. This was a great place to stop for the night. There was no hair dryer in the room. Otherwise we had everything we needed. We would stay again”

“We wanted to stay here for 2 nights, we left after the first night because we came back to the room and found cockroaches in there. I immediately alerted the staff at the front desk, they didn’t seem surprised about my find, they said they would switch me rooms, (I was not doing that) and we wanted to leave, they told me to email the owner about the issue, I did and haven’t heard back.”

“Hotel was nice, no issues there. Decent breakfast. We had booked a room to sleep five and were given a room with two queen beds and no sofa. I went to the front desk to ask for a cot and was told that it would not fit in the room, so my three teenaged daughters had to share one of the beds. Fortunately it was only for one night. ”

“We stayed in room 403. This is an older hotel, but it was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The bed was soft but not too soft with soft and firm pillow choices. Breakfast was comparable to Hilton and IHG. Staff were also helpful. Price was very reasonable.”

“Less amenities since it is lower in Hilton chains but worth the price. This location was very clean and still seemed new. Only continental Breakfast but they say that up front. Recommend for a quick stay.”

“Felt a little unsafe. Property didn’t look well kept. The person who checked me in was wonderful. When I got to my room it smelled bad. The bed and bathroom were clean. I would only stay here again if I had no other choice. The couch in the room was torn & tattered too.”

“This hotel was cleaner than most higher end hotels I've stayed in. Immaculate. They have a few dings and scrapes, but the bathrooms look like they were just retiled. Best part is that it was only 12 minutes from BigEars Music Festival by car. Really easy to navigate with a large refrigerator/freezer in room. Good budget-friendly option 20 minutes from the airport. ”

“This hotel was in horrible condition. Dirty and old. Rust and dirt everywhere. The shower felt like I was going to fall through.”

“Dirty and poor condion. Floors were filthy Towels and sheets were yellowed and stained burn holes in bedsheets. Mold and dirty tub. Faucet not working. Smelled of smoking. Clerk was very nice and refunded our money and we went to another place”
