Spahotell i Bournemouth

“Bra hotel med centralt läge i Bournemouth. Överlag trevlig personal och bra service. Men frustrerande dåligt internet, och premium internet var knappt märkbart bättre. Vi kom dit med el-bil och hotellet hade ingen aning om var närmsta laddplats fanns. Hotellet kunde inte erbjuda någon laddplats. ”

“It's a rare joy to find a hotel with in room controlled aircon. I'd rebook just for that! The hotel is a grand old place and parking is a nightmare. But it's well situated with a sea walk just yards from your door and a surprisingly quiet location close to town.”

“The breakfast was varied and fresh. The staff were excellent, Yuko on reception and Tom who looked after us with afternoon tea, where both exceptional and a credit to the hotel, both were very professional and polite. The afternoon tea was superb, and the bar lounge area was very comfortable in front of an open fire Parking felt safe, we had a Horsebox which was cater for.”

Excellent staff, great facilities and a fantastic breakfast. Sadly we didn’t get a chance to use the pool and leisure facilities due to our own busy schedule, but next time we will be sure to plan less and do more!
