“We were told parking was not available at the property yet a few expensive looking cars were parked in the front of the hotel in the semi circle for all the time of our stay - so not sure why as the signs did say no parking yet they didn’t move!
The spa was also not included in the price whereas at most hotels this is a standard offering for hotel guests and was charged daily so was very expensive.
Breakfast was also a bit chaotic on our first morning, service was slow and not a lot of choice...

“Room was spacious. Spa was excellent but would’ve been nice to have additional hours of access. Hotel staff were excellent. You need to book your breakfast slot in advance which was a little inconvenient.”

“Great location and the staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room itself was ok, a bit tired and in need of a refresh, it was clean and the bed comfy.
I’d say breakfast wasn’t cooked to order purely by the speed it appeared, it was standard English breakfast, though felt one rasher of bacon and one sausage was a bit of a poor show, when you generally get two of each of those items elsewhere. It was however decent quality.
The selection of cereals and pastries was good, the Greek yoghurt...

“Mysigt hotell med trevlig personal, lättsamt. Några små detaljer; Tvålen i duschen borde sitta lägre så handen blir kupad under då blir det också mindre svinn av tvål. Nu flyter det mesta av handen. Och så krokar att hänga upp handdukarna på”

“Absolutely beautiful hotel, excellent location and helpful staff. Alex was so helpful at the check in.
Food was amazing at the Brasserie. I would say 5*hotel rather. Loved our sty, definitely coming back.”

“We had a deluxe room with a patio. The room was large, but very dated and with stains and scuffs throughout. The patio was private (we weren't aware of that) so our bedroom opens up directly onto a shared patio which meant we couldnt have our curtains open to admire the view. The coffee machine was missing from our room as well.
The spa was nice, but very small. It was overcrowded when we went with people queuing inside the spa for beds / steam room, and also queuing to access the spa.
