“The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well. The cleanliness was concerning though. The bathroom had hair and dirt in the sink and shower, with a used washcloth thrown in the corner. The fridge was always off. You have to push a button to turn it on, but it only stays active for two hours then goes off again. I don't know if it was just my room, by the walls are "thin". You could hear people showering and talking next door and walking around from the floor above. Staff was super friendly...

“A wonderful place to stay”

“Vi har rest runt i tre veckor på olika hotell/motell. Detta motell hade klart den bästa sängen med kvalitetssängkläder. Vilken skön sömn - vaknade pigg och utvilad. Inte så mycket att göra i närområdet. Frukost ok som vanlig motellfrukost. ”

“The staff was nice. The floors had a residue on them so I didn’t want to walk without my sandals in the room. There was dried blood on a blanket. You can tell it had been washed, but that was gross. To use the electricity you had to keep the keycard in the wall. Also, I think someone was living in their car in the parking lot. ”

“Our experience at the Greystone Inn in Bridgeport, Texas. could not have been much worse. We checked in on the evening of March 21, 2026 and were asleep when my wife was awakened about 5:30 am on March 22, 2026 . We turned on a light and she had bed bugs on her as well as numerous bed bug bites. We stayed in the room until check out time when I went to the office to discuss the matter. Before going to the office, two employees acknowledged that the vermin were bed bugs. At the office, I was told...

“Overall a great hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is tasty. Fresh fruit and eggs every morning. Hot and freshly prepared. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Clientel is pleasant. Hallways are quiet and clean. Housekeeping staff amazing. We have stayed there several times and will stay there in the future. Location is near several trendy restaurants and shopping is nearby.”

“Where do I begin: we stayed at the TRU hotel which is connected to the Home2Suites hotel and both are owned by Hilton ! Now for the negatives: our room had no coffee supplies so we couldn’t make a cup of coffee without going to the lobby, the room had to drawers to use for clothing and there was no extra roll of toilet paper so my husband had to go to the lobby to acquire one!!! The food was the usual, scrambled eggs, toast , sausage. Perhaps checking out in a Monday is the reason. We will...
