Nice cozy unit perfect for 2 people. Excellent location right across the street from Cortez beach, a few minutes north of Coquina Beach, short drive to Bean Point and walking distance to Bradenton Beach Pier. Super Clean. We’ll be back.

What a fabulous beach cottage. As soon as we entered the cottage we felt the beach vibes. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Plenty of wardrobe space and lots of hangers. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well and cottage stayed nice and cool. Compact kitchen area but sufficient to cook a nice meal. Bathroom compact and had everything you needed. Location excellent. Highly recommend.

A great place to stay right across the street from Cortez Beach and close to Bridge Street. It is very clean and the listing is accurate. The oven seemed to run hot so it is a good idea to bake for less time or check often.

Across the road, your at the beach. Lynn is a great host. Parking was just in front of the door.Kitchen was done well, air conditioning was whole house & automatic to temp you set.Exceptional restaurants and bars with walking distance. Also top rated restaurants within 5 to 10 minute drive. Easy to get to southern island towns (Longboat, Siesta Key, Venice Beach) within 1/2 hour to 45 minutes.Easy access to Tampa, St Pete, Sarasota, all within an hour. Sarasota/Bradenton airport 25 minutes away.

The unit was nicely updated, clean, very comfortable, was a great size for the two of us. It was just across the street from the beach, less than minute or two short walk and we were there, Could take nice long walks and enjoy the sand. Very nice the unit had beach chairs and towels to use. Eating and shopping options also walkable or quick drives and a short drive to Anna Maria.

Unit was clean upon arrival. Not a ton of space but enough room for my wife and myself. If we had children it would have been tight. You can’t get a closer spot to the beach for a better price. A/C was great, which was great considering it was very hot the week we visited. Parking was right out front which was nice because parking is always in this area. One end of the road there’s a bench facing the lake where you can watch sunrises and across the road is the beach where you can watch all sunsets. We would be happy to stay again next time we are in town. 10/10, would recommend.
