“The Pink House Unit B was one of the best units I have stayed using VRBO for years now. The pictures do it perfect justice. It’s a nice quaint space with a 1 min walk to beach. The unit is literally across the street from the beach which was quiet, not crowded at all. The only tiny drawback was the bathroom. The shower and toilet do need updates but don’t let that detour you one bit. Great place and location! I would rent again for sure!!!”

“The unit we stayed on right on the beach (unit 5) was a dream. There is no cleaning or breakfast though, but stocking up at the nearby Publix is easy and we made most of our meals on our beach terass anyways as we didn't want to leave the place.”

“The listing states it’s a one bedroom. We didn’t look CLOSELY at the pictures. Didn’t expect to pay this kind of money for a Murphy bed……. Absolutely expected a nice bedroom for this price. Tub didn’t drain when showering ( stood in ankle deep water). Thank goodness my husband is a licensed plumber and was able to make it drain some what better. The couch sucked………so was unable to watch TV after sunsets etc.”

“Great location and nice place to stay. The beach is across the street and not crowded. We had a wonderful time! The place was so cute and had everything we needed. Only complaint was the mattress was hard. We tend to like a softer mattress. Everything else was great!”

“Great responses from owner. Wonderful location. Easy local transportation up and down the island. We cooked in our condo, I brought my own spices. Didn’t expect them to provide. However It did have some spices, ie: salt, pepper, sugar. They seemed old though and should be replaced. Overall great place and would stay again.”

“As advertised, fantastic location, clean, comfortable, good bargain. The water pressure in the shower us pretty weak, otherwise there were no surprises, looked just like the pics online”

“The cottage was clean and in a quiet neighborhood. It worked great for most our needs. It was just a short walk to the beach. Just a couple minor suggestions and this cottage would be exceptional. I thought it could use few hooks by the shower and sink for towels. While there were an abundance of linnens,which is nice but it left little room for storage of clothes and personal items in the drawers. Overall it was a great experience and we would consider staying here again.”

“The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal...
