“Tried communicating via messages without success.Called company to get phone number to call host in evening of the night I was staying there.Then got check in instructions.Had difficulty finding how to get in gate to back yard, where door to basement suite.Box spring mattress and bed difficult to walk between. Needed to make beds.Toilet ,only flushed once.walls dirty: Crumbs on counter.Kitchen tap in disrepair.Shower grubby looking- we didn’t use it or the kitchen ,dirty.”

“I came to Toronto for 4 day stay and picked this property because inexpensive rate and beautiful pics. This place looked just like the pics. Loved the kitchen the rooms well equipped with towels and nice comfy mattress and fluffy pillows it was lovely.
