“The room and check-in process was great over all. However, there was a leak in one of the bathrooms. When occupants of the above unit showered, one of the bathroom in my unit would also have water coming down from the ceiling light in the shower. We were a little worried if there might be an electrocution risk in that bathroom. I phoned the management right the way when it happened, they never sent anyone. The next day I guess the people in the unit above checked out, so we did not have any...

“Odd layout and a few niggling details. One bedroom upstairs with the kitchen, dining and living rooms. One bedroom downstairs with the entrance, laundry and bathroom. A nighttime trip to the bathroom from upstairs rattled the spiral staircase and woke everyone. A full kitchen with zero cutting board to use. The heat pump ran so loudly it could not be left on overnight. The laundry smelled vaguely of stagnant water. Great location though and easy in / out access.”

“This apartment had virtually everything going for it. I would happily live in it long-term. One of the things I found remakable was the QUIET. The bed was also very comfortable. As a result we slept better in the Loft than in any other rented room we've ever stayed in. The only improvement I would suggest to the owners is building better storage for clothes.”

“It is everything it was advertised to be. Wish the seating was more comfortable.”

“Well we go to places like this because we don't have a pool and hot tub at home. The hot tub was out of commission pretty much the whole time we were at Royal Harbour Resort! We have been going to Royal Harbor Resort off and on for many years now, unfortunately the resort is looking pretty dated and worn these days. The hot tub being broken has happened before on a different stay a few years back. We were considering buying a unit week here however have rethought that after this week's visit....

“I arrived after dark expecting a standard hotel/motel with a sign and a check in desk. There was none of that - it was at the end of a lane through an unlit parking lot without a visible street address. If it weren't for a young man who took pity on the OG and accompanied me to the parking lot. At the door, I had no idea how to get in because the is no check in desk, just an electric lock. A couple from France came out and they explained I should have an email with the access details. I checked...

“It was a really nice place except it was across from a bar that was open every night and was let out at 3 o’clock every morning which was extremely busy and loud. But overall, it was a nice day,”
