If you’re bringing your clubs along, you’re already aware of the variety of surrounding championship golf courses to choose from, beginning with the namesake Point Royale Golf Club just steps from your front door.



Only 2 miles from the home is impressive Table Rock Lake where you can explore the pristine waters with a leisurely boat ride or try your hand at watersports amid the tranquil surroundings. For breathtaking views, take a scenic drive along the Ozark Mountain roads, offering panoramic vistas at every turn. Branson's entertainment scene is legendary, offering a diverse array of shows and performances to suit every taste. From dazzling musical extravaganzas to side-splitting comedy acts, there's never a dull moment in this bustling city. Experience the magic of live theater at renowned venues like Branson Landing or the iconic Sight & Sound Theatres. THINGS TO NOTE:

• This unit is a walk-down unit with 11 stairs required going down.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles on a first come, first served basis. Parking passes are required and will be obtained at the security gate when checking in.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds due to the event that any amenities are closed for any reason.
