“Bra service från personalen och ett hotell som ligger i ett lugnt område. Närhet till flera ställen som man kan äta på. Perfekt med utomhuspool en bra frukost i en stor och bra frukostsal.”

“I paid $320 for 3 nights for the hotel. I checked into the hotel at 10PM and checked out at 11PM, letting go of my money. Where do I start? It was a terrible place. Sticky/greasy floors , dirty furniture, chairs with all kinds of stains etc.. I did not even bother entering the bathroom. When I was returning the keys, they did not even bother asking what the problem was and how they can rectify it. Horrible experience!”

“Hyatt Place Germantown was a nice enough place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. My only complaint is the rooms have refrigerators but NO microwave. I was shocked because I'm used to both in a room.”

“We checked in early and didn't go to our room until after we spent time with family When we went back to the room, there was someone sleeping in there. Went back to have a new room assigned.This was a nice property. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable. Monday's breakfast was ok but Tuesday there was really nothing to eat.”

“This property looked very nice from the outside. However, are room was not clean. The floor had carpet that needed to be vacuumed, the bathroom looked worn, and the king sized bed only had three (very small) pillows. We contacted the front desk and requested another pillow and was denied. We requested extra towels which also was denied. “Staff was nice unfortunately there was some issues with the guests next door and didn’t let us sleep. The tub wasn’t clean; there was dirt and hairs inside of it”

“I did not stay at the hotel because from the outside it did not look safe. All the building around the hotel were abandoned. There was only one way (one lane street) to enter the hotel parking lot. The hotel seemed to be in a rundown area.”

“Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there.”
