PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The beautifully located directly on the sea holiday home with 8 apartments for 2-6 people is located in the popular resort and seaside resort Brela on the Makarska Riviera in Central Dalmatia. The house built on a slope offers a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with many terraces and a fantastic sea view from all apartments. A covered private parking is available. From the property, a private staircase leads directly down to the idyllic beach. Some restaurants are located along the promenade in the direction of the center in the evening and during the day for lunch are welcome.
The 8 apartments of the house are divided into 5 floors. You enter the house from the north side of the hill and descend a few steps. The entrance to the building and access to the apartments 3B, 4a, 4b, 5a and 5b are located here. The apartments 1, 2 a and 2 b each have a separate access via the terraces and are further downhill towards the beach. All rental units each have their own south-facing terrace with great sea views. All apartments are air-conditioned, have satellite TV, Wi-Fi internet and mostly 2 bathrooms and a beautiful large terrace with sea views.
The apartments are rented from April to December. The arrival and departure should be on the weekend. Exceptions are possible depending on the booking situation. A laundry for washing is available.
The friendly landlords live during the summer months also in the house and are happy to answer any questions. One speaks English and Croatian. Also wine and schnapps from own production can be tasted.
The beautiful beaches of Brela and the well-kept Mediterranean charm of the place along with idyllic promenade with various restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes, beach cafes, ice cream parlors, bakeries, leaves nothing to be desired. The neighboring Makarska is only a few kilometers by car. Biokovo Nature Park and Hvar and Brac Island are ideal for day trips. Equally easy to reach and suitable as a day trip destination are the interesting cities of Dubrovnik and Split.
