Welcome to our Beach House! Enjoy the best of what the Pacific Northwest has to offer! The Beach House is situated on beautiful Dyes Inlet in an area called Chico Bay, a part of Puget Sound. Enjoy stunning 180-degree waterfront views, easy access to the private beach, water sports, bird/sea-life watching, fishing (2 salmon runs), clam digging, kayaking, paddleboarding and hot tub! This luxurious waterfront home accommodates up to 16 guests and offers an array of amenities for an unforgettable stay:

With over 5000 square feet of blissful living area, the Beach House offers something for everyone. All view bedrooms have king beds and brand-new large screen smart TVs with all the latest streaming services available. Most bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The gorgeous, oversized master bedroom suite comes with its own private covered deck to treat guests to a spectacular view, rain or shine. The equally spacious master bathroom includes a Kohler steam shower which doubles as a wet sauna. Large windows over each sink ensure guests don't lose sight of the breathtaking water views. A Kohler cast iron tub invites guests to indulge in a luxurious, relaxing bath surrounded by windows overlooking the bay. For those needing a place for work, the private office adjacent to the master bedroom provides ample desk space along with inspiring views of the water. High-speed gigabit WiFi is provided throughout the home and surrounding outdoor areas.

The main house has 5 bedrooms (7 beds) and can accommodate 12 people sleeping comfortably. The attached apartment above the garage has 1 bedroom and a sofa bed and accommodates up to 4 people. The main house has two bedrooms on the main floor. There is a bathroom and shower on the main floor. There is also a bathroom and shower in the basement next to the game room. There is a large laundry room on the main floor. There are three bedrooms on the second floor. Each of the second-floor bedrooms has their own en suite bathroom and shower.

Play arcade games, pool or foosball in the game room, basketball in the driveway, or ping- pong in the garage. A separate apartment complete with its own bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry provides additional space.

The gourmet chef's kitchen with double oven provides all the necessities for preparing meals large or small. The enormous multi-level view deck includes a 6-person hot tub with a front-row seat of gorgeous Chico Bay and a patio area with an outdoor hot-water shower. Along with a large natural gas barbecue grill, it's a perfect way to enjoy a meal outdoors. Relax by either of two fire pits, one wood-burning, the other propane with a built-in table.

The home is located just minutes from downtown Silverdale with popular restaurants, big box stores like Costco and Target and an 8-screen movie theater. In equally nearby Bremerton, you can explore the Puget Sound Navy Museum or the USS Turner Joy Naval Destroyer Museum.

Additionally, the Beach House is just 90-minute drive from Seattle, 3 hours from Vancouver, BC or Portland, Oregon, and close enough for day trips to local favorite places such as Port Townsend, Olympic Peninsula, Anacortes, Sequim, and Bainbridge Island. There's enough to satisfy even the most adventurous guest. For guests unfamiliar with the Pacific Northwest, you'll have easy access to some of the most beautiful scenery in the world.

Guests have access to the three-car garage (including a fast level 2 EV charger).

Please note: The apartment is only attached structurally. It sits above the garage and has a separate entrance for added privacy. There is a short, undercover but outdoor breezeway connecting the main home to the garage. Please consider this when making sleeping arrangements for large groups and/or those that include young children.
