Spoil your family with this fully remodeled, modern home set on the hillside overlooking Sinclair Inlet and the Navy Shipyard. Enjoy stunning, unique views, a relaxing hot tub, and a luxurious spa-style bathroom. The location is ideal for exploring in any direction — under 10 minutes to the Bremerton–Seattle Ferry Terminal, military bases, Silverdale, and Port Orchard, and about 30 minutes to Gig Harbor, Tacoma, and all the outdoor recreation around Hood Canal.

The space
This updated 4-bed, 3-bath home offers plenty of room for the whole family, along with beautiful water views and a front-row look at the impressive Navy ships — whether you’re inside or soaking in the hot tub. The welcoming front deck is where you’ll want to spend most of your time: barbecue while taking in the views, enjoy meals on the patio, relax by the propane firepit, or play yard games on the flat grassy area. Wrap up the day by unwinding in the new 8-person hot tub.

When you step inside, you’ll find an open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen with tasteful finishes. The sectional couch is perfect for watching the smart TV or playing games together. The remodeled kitchen is fully stocked and surrounded by windows, continuing the water views, and the dining table seats 10. The main-level primary suite features a king bed, access to a small outdoor area, and a spa-inspired bathroom with a jetted soaking tub and a smart shower with sauna. It’s the perfect retreat after a full day exploring the Pacific Northwest.
Also on the main level is a second bedroom with a bunk bed (full on bottom, twin on top), along with a full bathroom and laundry room.

Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms connected by a beautiful bathroom with double sinks and a shower. The first upstairs bedroom has a king bed and a fold-out twin; the second has a queen bed and a twin trundle (two twins). Each room is comfortable and well-supplied with quality linens, extra blankets, and everything you’d expect from a 5-star stay.

The lower-level basement is an unfinished space (not intended for sleeping), set up with a small foosball table and air hockey for the kids.

The house was perfect for our family size wise and quite comfortable inside. I was disappointed that there was absolutely no grass. There were a few things that I would like to see added. Little things like patio cushions, actually new patio furniture round the fire table. (the set that’s there is about to collapse) some more dish towels, and a wisk would have been nice. The heating system doesn’t seem to work right…the house stayed cool, but the heat and the AC were constantly running and competing against each other. And there seems to be a little sugar ant problem near the fire table

Amazing Home with Great Amenities

This home is everything it says in the description. We felt grateful for the views of our son’s ship and surrounding areas. My favorite was the jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom! This house will not disappoint. Great communication with our host.

Incredible Home With Excellent Service

I booked this home for a reunion with some close friends and we had a remarkably good time. My wife and I flew from Florida to meet with the other guests who were local to the PNW, so it was incredibly important we find a house that suited our needs, accommodated 8 people, and was the right amount of accessible for local adventures and cozy enough for long days indoors. Melissa's home met all of our expectations - and much more - and I am thrilled to leave such glowing review. The home was spotless, clean as a whistle, and beautifully arranged, we immediately felt at home with all the finer touches she established within this lovely Bremerton abode. The hot tub and fire table were two highlights we specifically wanted to have, and seeing this home had both was aanor selling point. We made good use of the propane grill, the incredible steam shower in the primary bedroom, and the extremely well equipped kitchen. I was able to comfortably prepare several night's worth of large volume meals without any struggle or inconvenience. All-in-all, this will go down as one of the best experiences in a vacation rental any of us have had to date, and we're already looking at ways to return down the line.

Bremerton Stay

Just finished a four day stay at this property (8 older guys on a golf trip). House met our needs and exceeded our expectations. House was perfectly suited for a group our size, was clean and well stocked and organized and the hot tub was a great bonus for some after golf relaxation. Thanks for the great stay.

Great family get away

We came to WA to stay with our family and my parents. The house was very clean and plenty of space for everyone. We cooked many meals in the kitchen and it was well equipped. Quiet neighborhood as well. Our only disappointment was that the view of the ships at the Navy base is blocked by shrub/tree growth that was not present when the pictures were taken. My husband is retired Navy so he would have enjoyed views of the ships, others may prefer the foliage.

Wow!

What a beautiful, spacious, and extremely clean house. The location was perfect for us. Minutes from the highway and ferry. We spent a lot of time on the road exploring the state then came home and were able to relax and unwind in comfort. Cant forget to mention the amazing views.

Tranquil, inviting retreat

What a refreshing experience to arrive to a vacation property that's as immaculate and well-maintained as presented online. The check-in was seamless, information guide was clear, linens and towels were good as new, and the housekeepers do an exceptional job of cleaning thoroughly versus just surface cleaning. The view is breathtaking, neighbors are friendly, and the house easily accommodates a large family, a few couples, or a couple of families. Really, you could arrive with groceries and a suitcase, never leave, and have an absolutely wonderful time. The games, hot tub, deck, floorplan, and yard truly set guests up for a fun, relaxing time together. Holiday decor and deck lights were lovely details to enjoy. I can only hope that future guests treat this property with loving care to help keep the space awesome. Looking forward to returning with all of our children! Thank you, Melissa!

Four nights in Seattle

The house is amazing. It is comfortable and clean and aesthetically pleasing. We appreciated the consideration taken in all things. The location was fine. It wasn’t perfect, but we made it work. We took the fast ferry to and from the city one day, explored Crescent Lake in Olympic National Park one day, and hiked around Snoqualmie the last day. We had to account for a lot of travel time for each activity but staying at this house was worth it.

Great house with more than adequate space for the seven people who stayed there. Enough pots/pans etc. to prepare Thanksgiving dinner for ten as well as breakfasts and other meals. We enjoyed the ping pong table and other games in the basement. Nice view of the water.

Family Reunion

The house is beautiful - everything looks brand new and was very clean. Each room, looks just like the photos on the website. It was perfect for our reunion which included 6 adults and 3 kids from 63 down to 2 months old. The kitchen/living room/dining room were perfect for our cooking, gathering, relaxing and dining. The deck and yard would be perfect for relaxing and playing in warm weather. The views from the kitchen and deck are beautiful- including wonderful sunrise views from up above the water. The house was everything we were looking for. The master bedroom is large and comfortable while the master bathroom is amazing. The upstairs bathroom is small, but the full bathroom on the main floor helps a lot with a full house. The location above the Inlet is great, and it’s quick and easy to get to the highway or the fairy (to Seattle). The neighborhood (the area toward the highway) is a bit rundown, but the house is great. The host is very responsive and nice to work with. We would choose this property again.

Offered plenty of amenities, lots of sleeping space and a really nice view. Neighborhood wasn't amazing, but no issues for the quality of the place itself and the view. Master bathroom was awesome.

Beautiful views, immaculate house, outstanding communication. The bar is set high

The house is immaculate and comfortably fit 5 adults and 4 kids with plenty of room to spare. The basement/game room is a perfect space for the kids to play their very animated imaginary games in addition to air hockey and foosball without distributing others. The beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet. I loved sitting on the balcony with the fire going in the still of the night while looking out across the water at all the lights and in the morning, eating my breakfast out there as well. Our entire experience from booking, communication, the stay.. Just everything you as perfect. Thank you Melissa!.
