“Perfect for a stop over from the Scotland to the south coast. Great size family room with 3 proper beds (2 single and a double) great for a family. Dog friendly too!”

“Snabb och tidig incheckning. Stor, bekväm säng. Trist med duschdraperi, men rymligt badrum. Saknade ett värdeförvaringsskåp. Trevlig bar och riktigt bra restaurang.”

“It was a very pleasant experience. I personally didn’t like that a bathtub was missing and that the breakfast was served only at 7:30. At 7 was possible to eat only pre-cooked things and before than nothing. Was tough because I had to wake up at 6 and go to work early. They could prepare some cold take-away things though and this was kind of a relief! ”

“A nice B&B with an old host, a unique kind of building from 1909 with lots of old furniture etc inside. The room was fairly small, they lowered the temperature during night, I had to get up early and it was a bit cold in the room in the morning. Few places to sit outside the room at 6 am. The surroundings are in the better end but still close to some fairly rough areas”

“Old building with a pub on the lower floor right in the middle of Ironbrigde Gorge area. Good food in the pub - not the ordinary pub grub - much more variate d and better cooked. Locals seem to like this place too which adds to the atmosphere. Rooms clean, staff very friendly and rooms well equipped with water boiler, free wifi and more. Would stay here again if ever passing Ironbridge Gorge again.”

“Good room, but not very nice matress. Very good fish n chips. Horrible breakfast - bread in plastic bag, no cheese, marmelade or anything. Coffee looked more like tea - impossible to drink. ”

“Beautiful setting near a canal, room was lovely a huge bed! Slept really well, staff so friendly and welcoming. Food was lovely in the restaurant staff very helpful, definitely be going back there and recommend to my friends.”

“The staff were friendly. The room was very basic, which I don't mind as we got a cheap offer. The window was broken (had a butter knife to keep it open) and opened only to a maximum of 20 cm, and it was around the corner, so we were boiling inside (no air con). Would've been nice to have mattress protectors on the beds, as the sheets kept coming off, and there was a bare mattress underneath.”

“We've stayed here several times now and always enjoyed our stays. Rooms are clean and comfortable, the bar and restaurants offer a good range of food and drink and the wife particularly enjoys taking a dip in the indoor pool. Staff are friendly and efficient. Already looking forward to our next stay”
