We couldn’t leave a suitcase open, because it was impossible to pass. The bed was also old and we were both rolling towards the middle. “Fabulous staff. We had a problem on the first night and the staff were excellent. Moved us to another room and offered compensation. Breakfast was brilliant. Hotel is in a lovely area opposite a beautiful park and a short walk to the venue we attended and to the city centre. Would definitely stay there again.”
