It was difficult sharing one bathroom with 6 people but luckily our kids only stayed two nights so after they left it wasn't a problem. The back yard and deck were great especially with the dog. “We had a wonderful time at Kate's home this past August. Even before we checked in, Kate was the best host, promptly answering all of my questions. When we arrived, the house was spotless. It was also amazingly equipped: well-maintained bikes, helmets, beach chairs, toys, board games, beach towels, etc. The location is amazing with 1 min bike ride to the rail trail and a 20 min walk to the nearest beach. We hope to return.”
