With four memory foam adjustable beds (1 King, 3 Queens), two bunk beds, two fully equipped kitchens, three full bathrooms, and the “Big Fun” game room, this home is designed to accommodate families, groups of friends, or couples seeking both relaxation and adventure.
The main living area boasts a modern coastal aesthetic, with crisp whites, soothing blues, and natural textures that evoke the serene beauty of the Cape. The large kitchen has all new appliances, dishwasher, and an amazing coffee bar to get you going in the morning. The second kitchen, conveniently located on the ground level, is a game-changer for groups seeking extra space and privacy—perfect for in-laws, teens, or anyone who wants a little independence while still being part of the fun.
The main floor is where you will find the kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry, full bath, and two bedrooms, which includes the bunk bedroom and an adjustable queen bedroom. Vintage Mid-Century Modern furniture can be found throughout the home adding to its stunning charm. The second floor houses the adjustable king bedroom, full bath with extra deep soaking tub, and adjustable queen bedroom. Heading back downstairs we can peek down to the ground level and find the “Big Fun” game room. There you will find another adjustable queen bed (please note) which opens out to the gaming area which is filled with fun entertainment for your pleasure. The full kitchen has all new appliances and the full bathroom with walk in shower makes it the perfect space for the independent traveler.
Eastham is often hailed as the best town on Cape Cod, and for good reason. Centrally located, it offers the perfect balance of tranquility and accessibility. You’re just 0.4 miles from Herring Pond, a pristine 43-acre freshwater kettle pond ideal for swimming, kayaking, and fishing, and 1.5 miles (8 mins by bike/5 mins by car) from First Encounter Beach, where the sunsets are nothing short of magical. For ocean lovers, the Cape Cod National Seashore beaches—like Coast Guard and Nauset Light—are just 3.3 miles (19 mins by bike/9 mins by car) away. Eastham’s central location also means you’re never far from the Cape’s best restaurants, bike trails, and attractions, making it the ideal home base for your Cape Cod adventure.

• Due to the design of the adjustable beds, they do not have a traditional box springs. This allows the memory foam mattresses to flex when adjusted in the upright position. The frames do sit lower to ground than those with traditional box springs and may be a consideration for those with mobility needs.
• We understand that things happen and plans may change so we always suggest purchasing travel insurance for your vacation.

For Airbnb: A quick note on who you are paying for what, because lately everyone asks some version of who am I paying for what and to who. We set two things. One. The nightly rate for the home itself which we keep as fair as possible for this area. Two. The cleaning fee matches what our professional cleaning company charges to clean and reset a home this size. Those are the only amounts we control. Airbnb collects its own platform service fee for using the Airbnb site and support. Airbnb may include that platform fee in the total price you see here instead of showing it as a separate line which can make it look like it is part of what we charge. It is not. That amount goes to Airbnb. You will also see taxes as a separate line. Those taxes are required by state and local rules for this area. We do not set the tax rates, and we do not keep those funds. Airbnb calls this “fee transparency”.
