The flat is a 2-min walk to the beach, loads of cafes, pubs & shops on your doorstep. Brighton centre is a 15 min seafront walk / 7 min cycle / 4 min taxi.

This is my home and I live here the majority of the year, so the flat is very homely with lots of artwork and houseplants, a rocking chair and stylish bay window blinds with a table that makes for a great work-from-home space. I recently renovated the whole flat myself, so the place is very fresh but with a cosy feel. Outside is a living wall and seating area. The bedroom has a clothes rail you can use. I can supply parking permits if requested for £8 a day.
