“We had a wonderful stay at Varney Hill Farm. The Loft apartment had everything we needed for our long-weekend stay visiting the Lakes Region. The apartment was clean and well kept. It was a nice balance of rustic, cozy charm for an 1800s farmhouse with the right touch of modern amenities. We got to explore the property a little bit, getting to see the horses, cows, and pigs. “The location was unbeatable, walking distance to literally everything, restaurants, boat tours and the scenic train ride.”

“The house overall was good, close to skiing and enough space. We were supposed to rent this house with friends who ended up not being able to make it at the last moment. The house would have been tighter than optimal with another couple, especially since the master on the ground floor is directly connected to the only bathroom. The community center left much to be desired which was unfortunate, definitely bring your own towels, they charge 3 for a towel and we didn't go down with our wallets so...

“We were so close to shops and restaurants and centrally located to many wonderful attractions in NH.”

“We had a wonderful weekend stay for a wedding. Bear Chase Bungalow was a perfect accommodation for our crew of 4 adults- we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The house was a very comfortable and exquisitely decorated with all the amenities that we needed. The peace and tranquility was just perfect. Highly recommend!”
