“Overall very pleasant stay. Was visiting my mother who moved to Newmarket recently and this place is about 1 mile from the downtown area. There are no motels in town. It is a second floor unit at the back of the property, that looks like some kind of converted barn structure. Very clean and quiet. Well stocked for the morning coffee. Two full beds that were OK.
