“We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

“Our son and daughter-in-law, who live in Parksville, had a baby so my husband and I, our 2 other son’s plus 1 fiancé, and my mom came to visit and cuddle the baby. The cottage was great! The only thing we would say is that the hide a bed was not very sturdy but what hide a bed is really! We would also suggest having more than one little hotel disk soap bar in each bathroom.”

“I stayed three days while working in Vancouver, and didn't want to come home! I loved this little cottage. It was clean and cozy and bright. The view of the lake and the park while I was on my Zoom calls was soothing and peaceful. I slept incredibly well - it was comfortable and quiet. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything I needed for all my meals. It's a perfect place for 1 or 2 people and I would love to stay here again.”

It is hanging on hook beside door. No DVD player found. Netflix under Razuli’s name worked well. Unable to get Captain’s Quarters guest to work. Did not speak with manager. Would stay again.”

“From check-in, to amenities, everything about this place was perfect. It has everything you need. The robes, slippers, and toiletries were a luxury I was not expecting. This is a great place for an individual or couple. Located very close to transit and a Main Street with lots of food options Treena is extremely kind and helpful. “Everything was wonderful! Except we didn’t get housekeeping service. So didn’t get clean dishes or clean towels or garbage emptied. But it was doable. Told the check out about it and they said they would surely have a staff meet about it. But that was all they said. Otherwise great hotel and stay! Very much enjoyed it. Loved the pool and hot tub! ”

First time in Vancouver
"Well located and stylish 4 stars hotel; walkable distances to neighborhoods like Gastown, Stanley Park, waterfront (Canada Place) and transportation by Expo line from the Central Pacific train station and by Canada line to the airport. Several nice restaurants nearby like Joey's Burrard just across the street serving meals even after 10pm and Joe Fortes Seafood&chop on Thurlow street. Comfortable and spacious room. Although, breakfast is not included, but there is a restaurant with direct access from the hotel. There is also a pool with a jacuzzi included in the price. The Spa is not included and has to be booked separately. Also, a small market place in the hall where you can bye food and stamps for example. "
