“Easy to access the property . Full comprehensive instructions were given for key pickup . Lovely property , clean and very welcoming . “Our stay at Gaynor & Barry's lovely place was absolutely perfect! The apartment was cosy and fully serviced and it was very easy to drive to Canterbury to visit the catherdral. I highly recommend the accommodation!”

“The location is really great, as well as the view over Viking Bay. The lounge is the best place in the flat. Beds are good, one bathroom is newly renovated, the rest of the furniture is a little bit dated. The cutlery and other parts of the kitchen equipment are a mixed bag, but still all that is needed is there. Overall we really enjoyed our stay.”

“I have pictures of our disgusting dirty room with spider webs & uneven flooring. Smelly moldy rooms with wet stains on the walls and ceiling. The Wi-Fi didn’t work and neither did the TV. There was a tea kettle, but no tea or coffee. This looked nothing like the picture you showed!!! I would like my money refunded. I would not recommend this property to anyone! We slept in our clothes and couldn’t wait to get on the ship to shower and send our clothes to the laundry.”

“Lovely flat close to beach and station”

“Property was a perfect base for our weekend stay, with only 10 minute walk to the front. It was clean and fresh. On arrival we were met and shown round. There were pleasant little touches such as disposable toothbrushes, cotton buds, shampoo and packets of tissues. So thoughtful to include breakfast items and fresh fruit as well as bottled water and something more alcoholic chilling in the fridge. The internet connection was good.”

“Very convenient, 20mins away from the town centre, nicely decorated & easy to park. Only reason for not being perfect throughout is the bedding was a bit thin and the electric meter cupboard door was broken so it banged in the wind & kept me up. Otherwise great”

“The property was delightful and beautifully decorated. There was a problem with parking and we were blocked in on many days. There were builders with two vans nearly every day we were there which meant that other occupants of the other cottages had to park where they could which caused the problems we had.”
