“This is a very clean and well equipped apartment hotel but there is a huge problem They do not service the apartments (or did not in the full eight nights i was there) and you need to wash and iron your own sheets and towels and take your rubbish to a bin on the road outside. I was surprised as everything else was fine. Chelsea Cloisters opposite has similar facilities but services the rooms every two days so compare prices.”

“The apartment was well equipped and met our need and expectations to have a small apartment with all necessities for 2 adult and 2 teenagers. Nice decorated and overall clean although a deeper cleaning would be needed. Communication went overall good with great help to get an early check in and to leave our luggage. The luggage room is though only 4 small cabinets and 2 bigger ones for the whole building so not enough to store 4 proper size suitcases. ”

“They left us outside the property in the blistering heat for 25 minutes with young children whilst finding someone with the key. They then took us into the wrong apartment. Eventually we got to our apartment and there was small pieces of broken glass on the floor, small bits of food in the fridge and generally not very clean. There was also no bedding for the sofa bed.”

“There were four of us staying at the apartment and we were all very happy with our stay. In the apartment we were staying at there were two beds and one sofa bed. I was told that the beds were comfortable but the sofa bed was, as you might expect with a sofa bed, not very comfortable. “Lovely clean flat for the money, okay location, no lift but it did the job! Unfortunately went to the wrong place first (clifton village rather than house) and it took 5 calls, 40 minutes and the operator accidentally letting us into someone else’s room before anyone realised, so maybe some better operator training necessary. ”

“My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was unable to access my room because the door code provided did not work. I had to contact reception and wait approximately 10 minutes on the phone before a replacement code was issued. Unfortunately, the issues did not end there.
