“Clean and excellent- very good location”

“The mezzanine apartment concept is cool but is very small and on a hot day it gets super hot . No air conditioning and only a small window to the internal patio. Not enough ventilation. The worst point is the bathroom, is the smallest I've ever used, you barely can move around and the shower will leak water all over cause there is jot enoguht space. There is also a bad smell from the drain. I wish they showed pictures of the bathroon in advance but i guess they trying co cover for it. I did love...

“Overall the place was in a good site, it was clean and the people (host and staff) were super nice and willing to help. The only issues were, that the bath room was not as pictured and was very small (very). Also could do with some either ceiling fan or more windows to open or air con, as it was extremely hot (and understand there was a heat wave)”

“I originally booked for 2 nights then booked a further 2 nights - before knowing what I was booking into. The apartment was musty, if quite clean, run down, and poorly appointed. The furniture was all askew, the rooms quite shabby and cupboards broken (eg fridge door). I ended up foregoing the cost of the extra 2 nights just to find something else that was decent.”

“Guest experienced bad hygiene and even after complaining to the reception, problem wasn't resolved so Guest checked out after 1st night even though room was booked for 4 nights in total.”

“Worse experience ever. Check-in was meant to be 5pm but I wasn’t given access until around 8:30pm due to their own failure to provide entry details, despite repeated attempts to contact them. When I finally got in, the room was clearly used and filthy with towels on the floor and with rubbish left behind. I then had to wait even longer to be moved to a different room. This is basic hospitality and they completely failed. The staff didn’t even offer a simple apology or any sort of compensation,...

“omgivningen var tråkig, vid landsväg och på landet utan möjlighet att promenera därifrån! rummen låg i trista annex-byggnader medan pub och restaurant var trevligt, mysigt och stämde bra med bilderna”

“Good location right across from Lambeth North tube station. Clean apartment, much better space than a standard hotel room.”

“Perfect if you’re going to the Natural history museum or any of the other museums nearby. Has three types of coffee makers, pod espresso machine, filter coffee brewer and French press. A bit expensive, but hey, it’s London after all!”
