“This is a good bargain stay, just be mindful of the surrounding neighborhoods as some are more safe than others. We really liked that there were tons of bodegas to grab quick bites to eat, easy access to bus and subway, and the customer service was great!”

“The room was clean and spacious enough to move a stroller around. The staff at the Bar and the conceirge we extremely kind, and helpful and provided top tier reccomendations for local entertainment and food options. The pool was unfortunately still closed. Property was clean overall and easily found from the bus and subway stations, within walkable distance to the Apollo and lcoal shops.”

“I guess you don't get much in a city. The first room I was in smelled of tobacco. There no face cloth provided. The elevator was very slow to arrive. I was on the 4th floor. I wound up taking the stairs. Finally the card key stopped working. The master key didn't work either. They gave me a different room. Not much better but it was on the 1st floor! It didn't smell of tobacco. I did get a wash cloth but no top sheet on the bed. It's decor was quite odd. Hard to describe. No amenities...

“I only stayed here for one night. Once I got into the room, I tried to put the deadbolt on the deadbolt does not have anything to connect to so it’s pointless. I went downstairs. He told me all the doors are like that. Then the mattress, oh my goodness, I had two flat sheets on my bed no fitted sheet. The mattress was horrible. Had cigarette burns and I think I saw a bedbug. I took a picture of it. I took a picture of the mattress. I took a video of it. I cannot sleep in that bed. The hot water...

“The place smelt like cigarettes and had stains all over the counter. We didn’t get room we initially booked. It was a pretty room but that’s all.”

“For being what it is, it was OK. Wouldn't stay here with my family, but as someplace to crash overnight it wasn't bad. A bit run down, but the room was clean and the bathroom had even good soaps, shampoo and lotions. Front desk guy (behind glass) was friendly and helpful. ”
