“I can't even say house, this was a HOME, it is so much more than the pictures give justice for, I ended up being down the majority of the 5 days our group of 11 was there, it was peaceful and freeing, and had an overall calming atmosphere without lacking in the essentials for a visit, the kitchen was almost fully stocked minus fridge items, and plenty for 7 kids to stay occupied!! 10 out of 10 will return ”

“Great location with decent amenities. Our group met here from three different cities to go to a show at Red Rocks. There was room to park our cars and the house was perfect for a group of 6. We had breakfast in Olde Town Arvada at Bread Winners- short drive and excellent food. Goombas Pizza nearby was also great. Kitchen was well stocked except for baggies and storage for leftovers - we used the stockpot to store the leftover pizza, lol! The beds were comfy, the hot tub was hot! ”

“It was roomy and nice. Close to the Walmart and other things. It was a little strange with the owners things there. Like in the kids bedroom and then not really having a place to hang up clothes. But after about 4 days it was ok. ”
