“Muy agusto hotel limpio y de lujo nos encantó regresaríamos , desayuno rico”

“They take care of me. I had no major issues and the people were quick and polite.”

“Room was okay. Bed was nice but sofa bed was unclean. Breakfast bar was extremely lacking. Initially pool was dirty but eventually cleaned. Not excited to return”

“I did not care for the ‘destination fee’ … which turned into a bait and switch. When checking in, they give you a credit for the destination fee to be used towards the restaurant and bar in the hotel. It’s a $18 credit. But, the restaurant bill will be more than that— example $32 .. youre still charge for the destination fee plus the difference of the restaurant/bar tab. They’re giving you this credit to make you feel good with the intentions that you will spend more money in their hotel. I...

“It was a dump”

“Only one elevator was in service and parking is limited. Only one parking lot entrance to premises after 9pm as well. Low water pressure too”

“Room was not swept when we arrived for our stay. The counter had white residue and was clearly not wiped down. It was a non smoking room, clearly it had been smoked in. I did not bring up to property management because that’s the bare minimum cleaning you should do before a guest arrives. Would not recommend, not even for a quick overnight stay.”

“Could not sleep some nights because of non stop stumping noise from the guest from the next floor. Even with the complaints it still didn’t stop. But overall, I enjoyed my stay.”
