“Our best experience so far on any hotel we visited. Fantastic hospitality and service from the staff, perfect location, wonderful food and marvelous Spa and wellness. Li Feng and Cinnamon was an experience in itself. The whole stay felt like being welcomed by the MO family and we already miss them all. We stayed in a Club suite and had breakfast and afternoon tea in the Club Lounge every day. Tasty, quiet and with a splendid view. The service and staff were impeccable. Thank you MO for making...

“Very nice! Simply perfect!”

“Free breakfast was pefect after a long trip, and room was tidy. Staff were kind and helpful as well.”

“ALLT var fantastiskt! Personalen, rummet, maten, frukosten… Vi kommer snart tillbaka!”

“Bra hotell med gångavstånd till många sevärdheter, hjälpsam personal och stor frukostbuffé. Vi saknade dock något salt pålägg till det goda surdegsbrödet, exempelvis ost och salami. ”

“Great hotel to stay in central Jakarta. The staff were helpful and supportive.”

“It was clean, had washer, a small kitchenette, comfortable beds, close to shopping centres, amazing staff! The staff was incredible and very helpful. ”

“Bra centralt läge, rent rum”

“Bra personalen men liten rummet ”

“Centralt och trevligt hotell. Det var lätt att ta sig till köpcentret härifrån. Snabb roomservice och service inriktad personal. Aningen lyhört men de flesta gästerna var lugna. ”

“Very good staff”

“Room was a smoking Room. Had cigarette burns on the sofa, the furniture all smelled of smoke. The furniture needed washed. I specifically asked for a non smoking room. Even paid for an upgrade. Staff are unresponsive when it comes to e-mail or phone calls. Cleaning and breakfast staff were very attentive. ”

“線路に近い部屋だったこともあり、電車が通る音が気になりました。”
