Vi vill gärna lära känna dig, så skicka ett meddelande med hjälp av länken "Ställ ägaren en fråga"! " - Brandon - Vi rekommenderar att du fångar Sassy Peach-andan och transporteras till avkopplande ö-tid. Vakna upp och njut av frukost på din privata veranda. Promenera över till stränderna, piren eller Neptune-parken under taket av den spanska mossan täckta levande ekar. Du och dina vänner kan njuta av att plaska i poolen. Poolen kan värmas upp i kallare månader mot en avgift (i princip våra kostnader för att värma). Fråga om du vill att poolen ska vara uppvärmd. Eller mosey över till närliggande stränder. På kvällen går du till en av byens många fina matställen eller lägger alla på jobbet i det enorma fullt utrustade köket och lagar upp Low Country Boil för hela klanen! Till dessert hoppar du och hoppar över till Moo Cow, den bästa glassen på ön, bara ett stenkast bort. Sassy Peach Cottage smälter charm och utrymme: 5 sovrum / 5 badrum (med två master sviter), gourmetkök, fantastiskt bra rum där hela familjen kan samlas. Det finns också gott om utrymme för separata aktiviteter, skicka barnen till 3: e berättelsen svit. Sviten på tredje våningen har ett familjerum med TV / kyl / mikrovågsugn / spel. Alla tre nivåerna har privata verandor med takfläktar. Det är sååååå lätt att koppla av, sakta ner och luktar azaleaerna på Island-tid. Vad är "Island Time", kanske du tänker. Island Time är att den enskilda blinkningen i tiden när din själ vet att paradiset hittas. Du vet att du (obönhörligt och för tillfället) har lämnat råttracen. Du vaknar till de lugnande ljuden från bränningen och fåglar som sjunger, snarare än vid den skingra skrik från en väckarklocka. På Island Time är allt mer livligt: mat smakar bättre, skrattar ringare och tiden bromsar ner till ett roligt melassliknande dropp, dropp, dropp. Upplevelsen av Island Time på Saint Simons Island är den öppna hemligheten (shhhhhhh) som kommer att hålla dig tillbaka år efter år (som det gör oss).

We had a wonderful weekend at your beautiful home. We took my 80 year old mom for a weekend at the beach. The house for the 9 of us perfect with room to spare and the pool have the little kids something to do while we drank our coffee. In the evening the adults enjoyed the heated pool, might have to visit again in the cooler weather. My only thought to improve upon the pool area would be some kind of hand rail to hold onto as you get in. We had to be extra careful and help my Mom in the pool. Thanks for letting us enjoy your home.

We loved our week at Sassy Peach Cottage! The house was super clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for both adults and kids. Great location—close to the beach and restaurants but still nice and quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was perfect for relaxing and swimming.

The location of this home is fantastic, and the hosts are accommodating. The pool is excellent, and the bedrooms are large. Kitchen is well-equipped. The entrance, back door, and backyard need a power wash and weeding (we sent a son to go get a weed eater for the side yard). Love the third floor!

Sassy Peach Cottage

While we enjoyed our stay and the communication with the owners was great, we did encounter a couple issues. The third floor had a moisture problem, which was evident in the tiny amounts of mold inside the wood cabinets. But this may just be standard for homes close to the beach, I’m not sure. The water went out the day before we left. The owner thanked us for letting them know, and said they’d call their plumber. But that still left us without the ability to take showers. If I were making suggestions I’d say maybe not as squeaky of beds and a railing for younger and elderly people to access the pool easier. But overall, we enjoyed ourselves and were thankful for the amount of room the house offers.

Perfect fit!

This house was the perfect fit for our family. With 3 stories we each had a floor to ourselves which was perfect when little ones needed space for a nap, keeping bedtime routines for each family or just a little separation from the group. But it also provided a huge open kitchen & living room area for ALL of us to gather. The bonus of having a pool provided hours of fun time! The location of the house was close enough that we mostly walked to both the ocean and the pier, not to mention all the shops and restaurants along the way. We will definitely be coming back!

Mother’s Day Getaway

The property was perfect for our family size of 10. Everyone had their own personal space. We all enjoyed the openness of the living area with the kitchen, wanted to enjoy the pool but the weather wouldn’t allow it. Still had a Great time!!!!

Birthday Celebration

Classy Peach was very welcoming when we arrived. Everything smelled so clean and fresh. We loved having so much space and the dining table accommodated the games we played.Being so close to the village was so convenient..It was a great place to stay!

Getaway from the city

Lovely home in walking distance to town

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Plenty of room to enjoy family but also many private spaces to decompress. The home is a short walk to the beach or town, we rarely used our car after arriving. The home was very clean with comfortable furniture and bedding. The host was very accommodating when we needed to short dates due to severe weather.

Love the house, but…

It was my birthday celebration, and we had hired a chef to come in to cook for us. We literally had to wash all of the dishes because even cups had dried coffee in the bottom and put up as clean. we were appalled at the biological stains on one of the mattresses when we stripped the bed at the end of our stay, good thing we didn’t know about it before.. the location was excellent, we had friends and family renting other nearby places, but our location was the favorite. We left the house much cleaner. we cleaned the shelves, changed shelf paper and left a sets of silverware, be it cheap, in case anyone else has a dinner party. I just think they need to hire someone different to clean for them.

Friends weekend getaway

Our group of longtime friends chose the Sassy Peach Cottage as our destination this fall. The property was so well situated within the village, and it fit all of us with ease. We had three young children with us, and they absolutely loved the pool, the games and puzzles available for us to use, and the spiral staircase! If we return to St. Simon's in the future, we'll return to the Sassy Peach as well.

Celebration! Making new memories.

We were not sure what to expect with the hurricane that had just went through. Brandon let us know that they had no power and was not sure when it would be back on. The whole island was without power. We decided that we would make the best of it. We had 11 adults in our family group. It was hot when we arrived. Went to the ocean and enjoyed the cool breeze and water. Brandon had dropped off flash lights and a case of water and a had a cooler for us. Very thoughtful. We were very fortunate the power was back on by Sunday. Gave us a better appreciation for air conditioning. Our week at the Sassy Peach was great. The location to the beach, pier, shopping was all within walking distance. We rented a of golf cart which was a great idea for our large group to be able to go about anywhere we needed. This house fit all of us well plenty of room to spread out and to gather. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation

This was our first time to SSI. Our family loved the house and the pool. The location was close to the beach and the Village. The host was extremely thoughtful and attentive. We were there when Helene hit and the host reached out several times to make sure we were ok. Overall great vacation and highly recommend. time to
