"Generally very good experience, but the lady who checked us in was quite unhelpful and didn't give us information, didn't ask us about the pool booking time we wanted and she didn't provide us with the robes that you're supposed to get for the pool area. When I asked another staff for the robes they said it would be delivered to our room, but it never was Other than these minor things I would say I really enjoyed my stay."

"A decent hotel well situated in downtown Brussels. A bit worn down and not a four star hotel however ok to stay at. One thing could be annoying for some. The windows are letting through ALL the noise from outside. Hardly a difference if you have them open or closed. A bit funny actually 😂 it doesn’t bother us as we sleep well anyway."
