The Pacific has a way of resetting things. From this waterfront condo in Punta Mita, the ocean isn't a backdrop - it's the whole point. Morning light plays across the water before you've had your first coffee, and by the time the sun drops behind the horizon, you'll already be planning to stay longer. This is a place built for people who want to be genuinely close to the coast, with everything they need to move at whatever pace feels right.
Sleeping arrangements
Two bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests across 3 beds, all on a single level with no stairs throughout - a layout that works equally well for families and groups. Each room is set up with bed linens, clothing storage, hangers, and room-darkening shades for mornings when sleeping in is the plan. Air conditioning keeps things comfortable through the warmest parts of the day, and pillows and blankets are on hand for cooler nights. An in-unit washer and dryer make longer stays genuinely practical.
Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen is set up for real cooking - not just reheating. A refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker cover the basics, while cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses.
Outdoor living
The patio and balcony, backyard hammock, and sun loungers give you options for doing absolutely nothing in the best possible way. The heated infinity pool is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and a sauna and gym are also available on-site.
Comfort & entertainment
A dedicated workspace and fast Wifi make this a workable base for remote stays. Wind down with the TV, get competitive over a game of ping pong, or simply sit with the sound of the ocean. Window guards, a safe, and home safety essentials - smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, and fire extinguisher - are all in place.

Location
Set directly on the waterfront in Punta Mita, the condo offers beach access and resort access - meaning guests can enjoy nearby resort facilities alongside the property's own amenities. A laundromat is conveniently nearby for extended stays, and the surrounding coastline and tropical greenery set the scene for every day spent here.
Arrival & logistics
A private entrance and building elevator make arrivals easy. Free parking garage on premises and free street parking are both available. Luggage dropoff is allowed for early arrivals or late departures, long-term stays are welcome, and cleaning is available during your stay.
Guest Access:
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards. It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation. Check In is done from the security booth and the Lobby of the condominium. The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host). Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host. Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards. The apartment is located on floor no.__2__, phase 1 so guests access it by elevator.

Getting Around:
The easiest access is by car.
Parking is free and exclusively for guests. You can park in the space that is available. Please note that space is subject to availability, only one vehicle per apartment will be admitted.
We recommend renting a car or using the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.
Other Things to Note:
Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary. Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation. The maximum capacity of the unit includes adults, children and babies, since the condominium rules and regulations, all count equally, even babies. The platform as such, does not charge for babies under 2 years old and does not include them in the total capacity. Please take this into account when counting guests to avoid misunderstandings when arriving at the condominium and not being allowed to enter the unit. For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information: -The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay. -The rate shown per night is the base price, which integrates from 1 to 4* guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 15* dlls extra per person per night. -The accommodation has a capacity of __6__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies. -No guests allowed -Pets are not allowed -No change of linens during your stay. -Supplies such as coffee, soap and shampoo provided are for a single night's sustenance. -Basic kitchen utensils provided are tools, not supplies. -Parking is for one car only -We are a company that is committed to the environment, we appreciate your support with a conscious use of electricity consumption. -The maintenance and administration of the common areas of the condominium do not depend on the management of Del Mar Boutique Accommodation. -Electricity consumption Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that your stay will include when your reservation is confirmed. Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos. The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading. -Due to the nature of the destination it is common that in the beach you will find small mosquitoes called gnats that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching. -IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper. As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.
