“WOW! Absolutely beautiful property overlooking the beach. We loved the infinity pool. It was the perfect temp for the hot days. The room had everything we needed with the added bonus of an outdoor shower and beach chairs/umbrella. It was spacious and views were breathtaking. My kids loved the friendly hotel cats that lounged in the pool area. I highly recommend this property, but please note there are steps to get to the room so if you have mobility issues, it might not be the place for you.”

“El lugar está bonito solo que hay detalles que se deben decir para los siguientes viajeros. 1.- no te ofrecen limpieza, ahí tienes que hacer el aseo en tu propia casa y pues si te quita algo de tiempo, 2.- para ir a la alberca no hay orden todos apartan lugar desde las 7am siendo que la alberca la permiten a las 10, 3.- algunos enchufes de la cocina no tenían electricidad y tenías que andar con la licuadora y la cafetera por otros lados para que funcionarán, 4.- colchones viejos e incómodos y...

“Absolutely LOVED this place - I’ve been to Sayulita 5 times and this might be my favorite. Perfect location, awesome pool, and loved the room. The one & only thing that was not good —shower had ZERO water pressure…at least it was hot water though I guess 😉”

“The property, to no fault of their own, was very noisy due to construction directly across the street which meant we could not enjoy the pool. The manager was not around a lot, I had a complaint about people in the pool after midnight, they were smoking and drinking until after 1am but the manager was not around to tell. I would stay there again, but I would google map the area to see where the construction was taking place.”

“Great location near the beach, restaurants and convenience stores. We had a studio that opened onto the shared pool, which was nice to have in June heat. Housekeeping staff did an excellent job. The only minor issues were a couple of wooden doors, one in the bathroom that kept swinging in the way and the other the door into the studio that didn’t seem to close securely. Checking in was a little confusing as there are three different buildings, but staff were helpful in guiding us down the street...

“I liked the property a lot. It was clean and the hosts were really kind communicative and patient. There was loud music playing nearby at night and although it didn’t bother me, it maybe helpful info. At the time I booked this Expedia doesn’t mention the property takes cash only. So heads up to have enough cash as the local atms can be out of money and/ or have limits and there is no bank in town. ”

Food poisoning

"Got food poisoning from the recerved dinner in Restaurant Tokyo. Food quality in general there was the worst we had in our 2 weeks stay in Mexico. After getting very sick, we were not able to even get water bottle from the reception to help. When approaching the staff and the manager about the situation, not a single sign empathy or concern about the patients health was shown. Only a statememnt of "you cannot prove it is our fault". Entertaiment staff were exceptional."

We got our rental car stolen fr hotel parking

"Unfortunately our rental car was stolen from the parking garage of the hotel while the valet parking had the key in their station. This matter is still under investigation by hotel, police and car rental company but we really hope that hotel assumes responsibility for this and increase security and processes in their parking and valet services. Of course this ruined our stay there, otherwise good."
