VILLA with JAKUZZI + SAUNA + POOL for families, couples and groups of friends.

Would you like to drink champaigne in a jacuzzi or maybe you would like to swim after you wake up? You can do this! Our home is the best choice if you plan not only a quick sightseeing tour of Budapest, but also a rest. My house is a perfect place to escape from stress and city crowd.
We offer you a 250 square meter minimal design villa.

On the ground floor you can find an 40 square meter wellnes area connected directly to the garden. On the garden you can find the heated outdoor swimming pool. You can used it between 15 APRIL - 30 SEPTEMBER (if the temperature of the air is above 20.)
There are modern sofa and loungers by the pool to help you relax comfortably. Here you will find a table tennis for fun.
In the indoor jacuzzi can relax 5-6 people at same time. It is open all year. The temperature is about 35-36 Celsius degree. You can also use the new infra Sauna (4 ppl at same time) and this floor has a GYM as well, a shower and a toilette. On the first floor there is a huge teracce connected to the living-room, diner for 8 (but we can provide an additional table for larger compnies), full equipment kitchen with modern machines, 1 bedroom with double bed (180X200) with A.C. and a bathroom with shower. On the top floor you can find three bedrooms with double beds (160/180x200) and a bathroom. All bedrooms have A.C., (One of room is a child room, where your children find toys.) If you more than eight, 2 people can sleep on our sofa in the living-room.
The villa have huge balconies where you can have a fantastic view to the mountains and city lights.

The basic price is for 6 people but the maximum capacity is 10 persons.
Price is included cleaning (with water change in the jakuzzi) once a week. Extra cleaning with water change in the jakuzzi is available for extra charges.
2 towels/ppl, bedlines, shampoo, shower gel, laundry soap, cofee, tea, etc.
There are some basic food in the cupboards (pasta, canned food, jam, spices, oil, etc.), use it if you need.
