- Access to shared gardens, including tennis courts and a large outdoor chess set
We also have similar cottages in the same complex, ideal for larger groups across multiple properties.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the cottage, and can also make use of the gardens and outdoor facilities (shared with other guests).
The Neighborhood:
The cottage is set in a peaceful rural location with coastal views, surrounded by farmland.
• 5 minutes’ drive (or 25 minutes’ walk) to Widemouth Bay for surfing, watersports, and beach walks
• Small cafés and bars at Widemouth, with more choice in Bude, just 5 minutes up the coast
• Bude offers shops, bars, restaurants, nightlife, surf hire, and tour operators for fishing, SUP, and boat trips
• A large Morrisons supermarket is also located in Bude for groceries
Getting Around:
The area is best explored by car, with parking available on site.
• Widemouth Bay – 5 minutes by car / 25 minutes on foot
• Bude town centre – 5 minutes by car
• Local buses run to Bude and surrounding villages
• Coastal walking paths easily accessible from the property
Other Things to Note:
We have a number of similar cottages available in the same complex, and would be happy to discuss bookings for larger groups across multiple cottages.
This property accepts dogs, but please inform us before booking if you intend to bring your dog(s).
Please note, check-in is between 3pm - 10pm. Unfortunately we cannot offer check-ins outside of these times.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 4 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
For security reasons:
· We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
· No 3rd party bookings. If you book and can’t be present for the check-in we will have to ask you for additional information.
