We loved our hotel experience. It is an updated place within a great location right off the highway. The walls were a little thin. We were by elevators and could hear the chime everytime the doors were in use. We would return back because it was clean and all the staff were very friendly.

Checking in got an “upgrade” which was really a handicapped room with roll in shower, not an upgrade- room ok- not sure why room freshening is every other day- breakfast is just sad- not worth going down for- maintenance guy walked in day one- no knock- nada….street noise and neighbors- thin walls- location not convenient to really anything.

You pay for what you get . Yes I payed a few more hundred dollars, but the cleanliness and elegance is worth it . Sometimes you hear people walking on the top floor, but not all the time . The bed is clean and very comfortable . The hotel and room smells great . The restroom is very clean . Love that it includes breakfast and coffee with big dinning area. Lastly, the reception gentleman were very nice and helpful. Thank you !

Nice and clean hotel. We've stayed at many Hampton Hotels and for some reason when we arrived our hotel room wasn't ready...not sure why but we appreciate the kindness help that we received.

Overall great stay .me and my daughter had a great time. The hotel was clean and spacious . Continental breakfast was good. Only thing is the walls is light you hear everybody walking up and down the hallways and above you. besides that I will come back every time when I’m going to Disney or Knott’s.

Great staff. Nice and friendly. Not happy with the room. Clean and nice setup. The problem we had was the extremely loud humming all night from some kind of machine. We could not sleep.

You can hear noise from another rooms. We were listening to foot-steps above us / person coughing - above/next to our room. Overall clean / good breakfast but noise factor is something i do not like.

Had issues with bathroom sink clogging and water dripping underneath. Advise woman at front desk and was told engineer would handle, but never did. This became a safety hazard. Complimentary breakfast was limited to very few choices. Otherwise, all other was good.
