Bra serviceminded personal. Inte så många restauranger i närheten, men taxi är så otroligt billigt att man lätt tar sig till andra delar. Trodde att poolen skulle vara större och något mer uppvärmd.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel with good location close to Puerto Madero. Friendly English speaking personnel. A small minus was no free bottles of drinking water and no TV channels in English

Mycket för pengarna
Stannadepå detta hotell med familj och vänner! Man får otroligt mycket för pengarna och personalen är otroligt hjälpsamma! Enda negativa var att wifi kostade 5$ extra per 24h. Gratis wifi fanns endast i lobbyn. Annars god frukost med mycket att välja mellan! Låg nära shoppinggatorna och köpcentrum.

Vi bar en grupp på 7 pers. Alla tyckte att hotellet var bättre i verkligheten än på bilderna. Enda minus var väldigt höga priser på diverse saker i minibaren på rummet.

Fint hotell med bra läge till allt!
Ett mycket fint hotell med perfekt läge i centrum, väldigt nära hamnen. Ett bra område nära affärer och restauranger. Trevligt och hjälpsam hotellpersonal. Bra frukost men kunde vara lite mera varmrätter. Rena och fina stora rum. Väljer gärna det här hotellet igen!

This is in the heart of the downtown and was clean and friendly. Not an area to walk at night but great during the day. Pool only got sun for about 5 hours during the day. Lobby Staff were so helpful. Housekeeping was excellent. Place was very clean.

Hotel room was not ready at 3pm as advertised and the hotel continued to disappoint in every area thereafter. Very average experience for a very pricey hotel. Better options with better service at other hotels in the city for much less money

This is a lovely property in an area close to shopping and restaurants. We received an upgrade to a very nice room. The staff were wonderful in helping us with directions and with questions. Be careful with your belongings on Avenue Florida.

4 night stay.
Nice enough central hotel. They say they have airport pick up but did not respond. Large room although shower screen was broken so bathroom got very wet. We stayed in another hotel on arrival which was cheaper and nicer.
