“The AC in our room was leaking on the floor. I informed the front desk and they were able to move us to a new room. They thanked me for bringing it to their attention. They overall cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were very good. I appreciated the breakfast and the fitness area but both were somewhat lacking. The coffee was good but not hot and I really enjoy a fresh hot cup of coffee in the morning. Overall our stay was great and I would stay here again and recommend this hotel.”

“Room was clean, restaurant food was great. Staff at all places were nice. Gym was great also. Walkable to stores and food with a little distance, but doable. Everything on site if needed. ”

“ The service was great. Breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Only problem was the noise from the interstate was so loud it was hard to sleep. My room was the closest to I30, I don’t think all rooms have this problem. ”

“With the hotel being right off the hwy it gave easy access to move around, there’s also a Walmart across the street for those forgotten items. The WiFi was easy to connect & I had two devices connected during the duration of my stay with no issues. The continental breakfast was a nice free meal to get the day start, with a mall & tons of restaurants all with-in a 10min drive there’s plenty of food options. The rates were also easy on the pockets to give a last minute spot to sleep/shower or just...

“The room were not locked all the way Had to pay cash for a deposit after already paid And the person checking me in was rude because there was nothing on y'all's website about half the pay cash.”

“It is what it is. The almost every part of the room was dirty and smelt like cigarettes even though I chose a non-smoking room. There were even cigarette holes in the bed sheets. The pictures that are advertised have to be at least 10 years old. The front door had gaps in it so you could see the light from outside, the curtains were broken and had to be held together with a hair clip, and the bathroom door only shut with force. The only redeemable factor was the jacuzzi bathtub that I had to...

“This was a worst experience, first the heat in the room didn’t work. The room had a bad odor to it, then the bathroom. Don’t even get me started on that it was horrible there was even hair still in the sink. The shower was not pleasing at all you would have needed shower shoes to take a shower. After being there only an hour I ended up leaving the pictures on the internet are not the same as in person. I do not recommend this place to anyone at all. ”
