“This property is wonderful in many ways. Read the whole review if you are going there.
The apartment has 2 rooms w A/C. The shutters block out the noise that always happens, everywhere, in Venice during the day. It is only about 100 feet/30 meters from the Hotel Scandinavia. Knowing this will help you figure out how to get there. It is about 12 minutes from the Realto bridge (Orange Line ferry) from the airport. Your phones directions will often get confused, due to the tall brick...

“The host had someone meet us at the Water Taxi station and bring us to the apartment, which was excellent! The apartment is great- clean and comfortable. Venice is magical. If you have an early flight, you will need to get a private water taxi or walk about 35 min to a road where an Uber can pick you up. I would definitely recommend this property- it’s close to everything. You can walk the whole island. ”

“This property is in a great location, really quiet yet just walking distance from the lively ports of Venice.
Plenty of dining options around.
The only issue is that there is no elevators and we stayed on the 3rd floor (4th floor for Americans) so if you are going to stay here pack lightly!”
