Stay safe for one person, dog-friendly, and the host was easy to communicate with and even handled communication for my unique in-between Airbnb situations as a local really well. “The hotel is overall good but the surrounding area only has fast food places for students to eat. We tried one of those and the food was horrible, barely edible. If you want to go out eating, you’ll have to go elsewhere.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Phinneywood Basement Hideaway. We slept very well. The property was easy to access and the rental was well equipped with kitchen items for cooking at home, and had plenty of bathroom accessories (towels & toilet paper). It was well lit at night and best of all, it was very affordable for our six-day stay. We hope to be back!”

I felt like I was at home for the entire week. Parking was super easy. There are coffee shops within walking distance. The hosts were excellent communicators. I would 100% stay here again. ”
