“The hotel is overall good but the surrounding area only has fast food places for students to eat. We tried one of those and the food was horrible, barely edible. If you want to go out eating, you’ll have to go elsewhere.”

“The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that ”

“A nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when needed”

“Our stay was for business. The house was very comfortable and the neighborhood was safe, welcoming and quiet. We appreciated all the fine details provided for checkin and check out. Our hosts were very responsive. We’ll definitely stay here again when we return to Seattle. ”

“Great property and great stay. Constructive criticism is; breakfast was closed the day after check out and the menu sucked, was told the cooks called off, front desk did not offer an alternative? The amenity service charge was OK, they did make up with drinks, but no snacks were provided or replenished. I can say the drinks made up for a good portion, but only because we had 5 guest. Premadonna suite was beautiful and enjoyable. However, the tub did take a very long time to drain, this is...
