âI stayed in a room with the bathroom down the hall. During my 3 day stay there no one else was in the bathroom while I was using it so it felt like my own large bathroom! The loft on the 4th floor provided a kitchen with full size frog and all the needed kitchen items, much better than what is available at a motel! â
âThe hotel is overall good but the surrounding area only has fast food places for students to eat. We tried one of those and the food was horrible, barely edible. If you want to go out eating, youâll have to go elsewhere.â
âawesome two room bottom floor, comfy beds! very clean and organized. you have primary parking at the house just in case you donât feel comfortable parking in the street. everything is short driving distance. â
âalthough it was a short stay for me it was a perfect spot. the place is super taken care of and very clean and organized. Vince is a great host and answers any questions you might have asap! would definitely rebook ! â
âThe property was amazing. Things I didnât like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that â
âA nice suite with condiments in the kitchen. Makes me feel like coming home after a day out. Good coffee supplied and a nice sharp cutting knife ready to make dinner. Other little things around that make it feel like a home. In winter take warm cushy socks as the door opens to the living room and makes it cool on the floor. Not able to control heat, but it was at a temperature I liked -maybe not for others? I will look for this place again when neededâ
âI liked that it gave me some good walking to the heart of Ballard, it was a sweet little spot, very clean good communication, street parking was cramped and busy but that is city life. â
âI was so thankful they let us check in early, it was also very conveniently located and very walkable. Clean property with nice views and room was spacious. â
âSince I love livemusic this seemed like a hotel right up my ally and it was. Yes you can hear the sound from what ever concert is taking place in the venue downstairs but that did not really bother me. I loved the interior design and vibe of the place. It is in a good location with lots of sights within walking distance. I had a great time in Seattle and would definitely stay at The Crocodile again.â

"Jag hÀlsade pÄ goda vÀnner i Seattle i samband med en affÀrsresa och bodde hÀr sista natten innan hemfÀrd. HOtellet var helt fantastiskt, perfekt lÀge, rent och snyggt och bekvÀmt. En riktig pÀrla till hotell mitt i Seattle till mycket rimligt pris. Jag kommer absolut bo hÀr igen nÀr jag kommer tillbaka till Seattle!"
