“We’ll start with the positives: owner was responsive to questions and concerns; location was a short walk to The Island where we could watch the sunset over the water. Beyond that it was, sadly, a disappointment. The front yard/entry was overgrown so the entry path wasn’t useable. The house itself is dated and shows obvious wear, and hadn’t been used in a while. There were clumps of dust in the corners, burrs in the carpet, old, mismatched, dirty dishes & glasses and so much mold in the master...

“Cute little private property with wildlife at your doorstep! Nicely maintained home with lots of amenities. We hope to return! ”

“The place is small and the deck was great overlooking the lake, but only accessible thru the bedroom which was only accessible by a small spiral stairwell. We could not get our suitcases up the stairwell which was too tight. There is great outdoor space, but we went in the winter and it was too cold to enjoy it all. Bed linens were great but towels were small and too few. ”

“This place is pretty awesome! The view, and the quiet were definitely worth the trip. We would absolutely come back again. Thanks for the great weekend home!”

“Darling tiny property on the ba ks of the Llano river. Creative historic vibe with crisp clean linens and sparkling bath. Perfect for 1 or 2.”

“Lamp on right side of bed didn’t work. Ceiling fan started making a loud tapping noise at 2 am . Had to turn it off. ”

“Donna was very communicative and helpful! We had some confusion with which dock was theirs since there was 2 straight on from the property. Other than that it was a very fun place to stay!”
