âIt looks nice on the outside but itâs very shabby and old on the inside. Breakfast was only so so with no decent bread or cereal. It so loud nd noisy that you canât sleep after anyone in the hotel has woken up and started moving around. â

âFantastic hotel. Our room was lovely, spacious and very clean. Cleaned and fresh towels every day. The food was excellent and the entertainment was fantastic and very varied. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Jay was our waiter and nothing was too much bother. Fantastic spot as tram and bus stop right outside the hotel. Jacuzzi was brilliant, powerful and very warm. â

When you step in to the hotel, you will probably be amazed, since the first impression of this place is, impressive. It's a really nice ground floor/atrium with a nice (?) restaurant. I had problems getting a good connection though to the web. However, a member of the staff helped me get online.â

Staff excellent, room nice and big and clean, very comfy beds.
Breakfast fab, swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room so relaxing.

âI wasn't there for the shopping, just needed a break as it was a long time coming, everything was perfect, i felt i could free roam without questions asked, the staff were amazing, cannot fault them, i am a night owl, i sleep or i don't and the last night before i left i had a conversation with a member of staff named Seamus and he told me that was only his second shift at Park House Hotel, i was blown away, he was so happy to listen to my troubles, was brilliant all round, no faults whatsoever....
