“The home was beautiful and comfortable. It was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is when you view the home on VRBO it doesn’t say that the train runs right in front of the house. The train runs every 30min and is very loud. We had older people with us and they hardly slept. I finally was able to go deeper and find out about the train, but it needs to be posted on the main page. Sorry wearing ear plugs didn’t help either. ”

Plenty of restaurants in town offer variety and a well equipped kitchen should you prefer to eat in. If you’re looking for relaxation and peaceful surroundings- this is the place!”

“This was a great stay! Very convenient to Round Top and other sites in the area but in a remote and charming farmland setting. Our hosts were extremely accommodating. One of us left a cell phone on the property that was discovered after we had checked out, and they drove 15-20 miles to bring it to us. Just wonderful.”

“It's such a charming cottage and was perfect for us to just get away and chill. Very nicely furnished and decorated. The sofa and bed were quite comfy, something u don't always get. Washer/Dryer helped us pack fewer clothes. Owner was great, very communicative, accommodating and helpful with food suggestions. We loved the porch and spent every morning and evening there. Would 100% return.”
