“We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment, which had everything a family could need for brief stops inbetween visiting the surrounding area (including a baby chair and a crib available on request). The only thing was that a radiator made some strange noises now and then (even when switched off).”

“It's not a well run place but does have some nice. We arrived at 3.45 and our room was not ready. The electrics were faulty in our appartment. We stayed 2 nights. On the first night, we could not turn some of the lights off. On day 2, we could not turn the lights on and used lamps. There is no provision for food and the nearest places to eat or buy food are not near. The heating is not great - no central heating. On one day, we lost hot water. The place needs investment. ”

“Just what we needed!! A relaxing stay in a beautiful cottage with the bonus of a fabulous private hot tub. Bed a little too soft for us & maybe some upgraded pillows & duvets however the rest of the property was immaculate. A spacious kitchen diner, lounge/games room & lovely en-suite & bathrooms. Thank you for ticking our boxes - we will be back soon ❤️”

“Lovely stay at The Barn – friendly and helpful hosts with quick responses. Checking was stress free. Rooms were comfortable with extra blankets for added coziness. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and the hot tub was a real highlight. Peaceful setting (depending on neighbours). Would definitely stay again!”

“Excellent facilities and nice little welcome touches like some snacks and fresh eggs. Family-friendly and very well equipped and the layout meant we would keep an eye on little ones easily. We had one issue during the week and the owner sorted this for us quickly and without fuss. Decor is beautiful! Good central location: plenty of attractions within 30 minutes and a canal junction with pub, cafe and a nature reserve within 5 minutes walk.”
