“The house is charming and quite comfortable. We were happy to see that there is a designated fenced run for our dog. This was a pleasant surprise and made it so much easier for the dog to go out and in off the deck. The air conditioning kept the first floor very cool and comfortable, and the ceiling fan and floor fans helped to spread the cool air to the upstairs bedrooms.
