“The property is beautiful and serene, the front desk staff need a little more training as instead of checking for my bookings first asked me to prove that I had booked and paid online. In fact they assured me that I would be put out as all rooms were filled up, when I asked to talk to their manager is when they looked and found my name actually on the list.
Otherwise my stay was lovely, I will go again with family n friends.”

“ Poor food...very slow when waiting for food...could be more than an hour. From Kampala more than one hour with taxi which also makes it expensive. Just 4 sunbeds at the pool without any umbrella for shade.
The best thing is the scenic view of the lake and tranquility ”

“Staff were so friendly and accommodating, we were made to feel like family. They arranged a shoebill tour and a ride over to Entebbe and a taxi waiting for us. The highlight was having drinks by a fire listening to the frogs and watching the fireflies. It’s a pretty special place”
