Welcome to Gray Gables Getaway just a 5 minute walk to Gray Gables Beach! This cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home offers room for six with washer/dryer, gas grill, and central AC ensuring cool comfort on hot summer days.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
Adorable, well decorated home located a block away from Gray Gables Beach. Enter the home through the front door, to the left is a cozy living room with a smart TV and comfortable seating. Straight ahead is an updated and spacious eat-in kitchen. Enjoy your coffee at the countertop with seating for three or over at the dining table with seating for 6. The main floor is where you will also find two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and washer/dryer in the hallway.

Bathroom 1- full bathroom with shower/tub combo- 1st Floor

Bedroom 2- Queen bed- 1st Floor

Bathroom 2- - full bathroom with shower/tub combo 1st Floor- this bathroom has two doors, one leads to bedroom 2 and the other to the hallway.

Up the stairs to the second floor you will find a private bedroom and a bonus room offering a comfy couch and TV. This space will be a nice retreat after a long day at the beach.

Bedroom 3- King bed- 2nd Floor

Bonus room- Additional living area with couch and TV- 2nd Floor

Central A/C throughout the home to keep you nice and cool on those hot summer days.

Back downstairs off of the dining area is a slider that leads you to the deck where you will find a table with seating for 4 and an umbrella, as well as a gas grill to cook up your favorite meal! The walkway off of the deck leads you to the enclosed outdoor shower where you can rinse off those long beach days.

Gray Gables Beach is the smaller of the two beaches within walking distance of the home and perfect for small children. Mashnee Dike Beach is about a 12 minute walk from the home but the owners suggest to use it as a drop off beach- load up the car with all the beach necessities and drop off the group at the beach, drive back to the home and swap the car for a bike that is available in the garage to ride back!

This home offers 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach cart, and 2 bikes in the garage for guest use.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
