“This was our third time staying at Sonesta. I recently moved to Pittsburgh and return on occasion to visit family. The accommodations are great for the price in my opinion. It’s not the Ritz, but the room is always clean & comfortable. The outside could use some attention like cleaning up the debris that accumulates in the parking lot. That certainly wouldn’t prevent us from returning!”

I was disappointed this time when I arrived that the room I reserved was unavailable and I had to sleep on a pull out bed with no accessible bathroom for my elderly mother. While the manager was apologetic, it was disappointing to not get the room I paid for.”

“First the positive: the staff were friendly, the room was well cleaned, the wifi worked well. Then the negative: they promise a free round the clock shuttle service from the airport - this does not exist, they ask you to take a taxi at your own cost. The breakfast is a joke with styrofoam cups and plates and plastic utensils. There is nothing even remotely healthy or fresh available. You do get a lot of calories though if you want. The shower head in the shower was fixed at about 1,70cm from...

“A big room , very clean. The breakfast is always good. Need more security for the parking lot, as cars were being broken into that were parked in the back. I had no issues because I parked in front.”

“The sheets were clean. There were new lampshades. But the surfaces that were cleaned had cleaner residue, and any non-essential surface had not been cleaned in years. The lamps themselves had SOOO much fly poop, and their switches were sticky. The hairdryer looked like it had sat beside a deep fryer for six months. The countertop was so cracked that it was supported by a 2x4 so it didn't fall off the wall. But it was a place to sleep. And it didn't have bedbugs.”

“You get what you pay for. The room was clean but it was worn and showed the rough treatment of prior guests. The gentleman at the front desk was great. He just started his shift and it seemed like he was kind of dropped in with not a lot of explanation of what had been going on. The shuttle service didn’t fit my schedule so I handled getting to the airport on my own. Hey the AC was good though.”

“It was my first time staying at a Comfort Inn. The room and general facilities were clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful (as I locked myself out twice 😬) and friendly. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a great way to start the day.”

“Absolutely horrid!! Wouldn’t stay for free. Non smoking room reeked of smoke; broken toilet seat; feces on bathroom door; paper thin walls, just nasty, asked for a different room was denied and asked for refund so we could leave and was denied. Sent complaint to corporate.”
